Welcome cocktail on arrival / Concierge service, housekeeper/waitress, 6 days a week (1 day off during the week) for up to 26 persons / Morning cleaning service 8.30 - 13.00 (cleaning of living areas + bedrooms and bathrooms + outdoor area, swimming pool, etc.) / Breakfast daily 8.30 - 10. 00 (bread, butter, jam, honey, eggs, yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee, tea, milk) / Bed linen changed on Saturdays (1 time per week), bathroom linen changed twice per week (Saturday and Wednesday), electricity included up to a consumption of 1000 Kw per week, internet connection, use of outdoor Jacuzzi with hot water .

- For occupancy over 26 persons one or two additional service persons are required for 8 hours per day at an hourly cost of Euro 20.00 / Additional cleaning hours Euro 20.00 (after 10. 30 pm cost Euro 30 per hour) / consumption for use of telephone and fax, gas for heating, electricity consumption over 1000 Kw per week, purchase of food and beverages to be paid upon presentation of receipts, laundry service, service for shopping at a cost of Euro 50,00 per hour / dinner preparation: 5 course dinner (minimum 20 people): estimate upon request, waiter service at the table and waiter to set up the kitchen from 8 to 10.30 pm, for any additional hours cost Euro 30 per hour. Dinner should preferably be served at 8 p.m. / Lunch: on request at an additional cost to be agreed on site, please book in advance.
- Additional change of linen: bed linen Euro 18 per room, bath towels Euro 16 per additional set, pool towels EUR 2 each / To be paid before arrival deposit of Euro 5.000,00 (per week) for food and utilities: Euro 4.000 by bank transfer, Euro 1000 in cash on arrival. The costs for extras are subject to VAT. A guest credit card must be presented on arrival, the owner will place a block on the card for an amount exceeding Euro 5000. We have the American Express credit card service / The security deposit of Euro 6.000,00 is paid to the agency who will return it in full after the end of the stay, if any damage is found during the stay, the relative costs will be retained and paid to the property / At the time of booking a copy of the guests' passports is requested / payment of the local city tax
