The daily cleaning service does not include cleaning of the kitchen, which remains the responsibility of the customer. The cost of electricity is included up to a maximum consumption of 300 KW per week, the excess must be paid on the spot at the end of the stay.

- Daily cleaning of the bedrooms and lounges 5 days a week (the kitchen cleaning is excluded if the kitchen is used by the clients, cleaning possible on request € 80 per meal).| - Buffet breakfast service (continental breakfast).| - Courtesy set in the bathrooms.| - Welcome drinks for the clients arrival.| - Pets allowed on request (to be advised at time of booking).| -Villa staff: 1 butler (20 years of service in the castle); 1 pool and garden maintenance staff; 2/3 maids for the daily cleaning of the rooms and common areas; Concierge service from 09:30 to 13:30.

- It is possible to request the preparation of meals with the costs to be paid on site (in this case the cleaning of the kitchen is included in the cost of the service).|
- In the event of special events like weddings, suppers, parties, any extra services may only be organized by the villa staff (to be agreed separately).|
- Laundry and ironing service made by the staff on request.|
- Utilities (gas, water and electricity): mandatory € 1,500 per week to be paid by card or in cash on arrival.

- Total final cleaning cost: : € 400.00
- Domestic pets € 200.00 for final cleaning
- Flat rate cost for utilities and consumption € 300 per week.
- Cooking service for the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner on request (price depends on the type of service requested).
- Kitchen cleaning: if customers will use the kitchen themselves to cook their meals, they have to provide
- mandatory themselves to cleaning the kitchen, cutlery and crockery used. If customers do not want to provide
- their own cleaning, we will do it for 20 euro per hour. If our clients will take our catering service the kitchen
- cleaning will be included in the meal price.
- Laundry and ironing service made by the staff on request.
- The cost of the final cleaning also includes the sanitation of the villa done before the arrival of the guests.

- Refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on arrival: € 1,500.00
