Villa Le Favole is made up of two ancient, stone-built country houses, situated one next to the other, only 900 m from the old city centre of Montepulciano.

This splendid town is also called "The Pearl of the 1500s", protected by its ancient Renaissance fortifications and famous for the beauty of its buildings and churches and for the charm of the territory. It stands out with its silhouette extending over the hilltop just in front of the Villa and can be seen from many of the windows, the garden and the swimming pool, offering a truly beautiful scenery.

The structure is immersed in the greenery of the typical Tuscan countryside: a large natural garden, which is very well kept, surrounds the country houses, with majestic trees, a delicate English-style lawn with paths that lead to secluded equipped and panoramic areas, many flowers, among which are a few types of ancient roses, lavender and Mediterranean shrubs, the rock garden with numerous kinds of succulent plants and the large olive-tree grove that surrounds the property.
The swimming pool, with pleasant details, is surrounded by a lawn and olive trees and offers an unforgettable view of the town and the valley.

Renovation of the structure, which has just recently ended, was carried out with great care, in the materials selected, in the recovery of the original pieces and the old doors, so as to create a cosy atmosphere and spacious areas, and most of all with prestigious details: the fireplaces are artisan pieces made from stone and juniper trunks, in some of the bathrooms there are natural rocks and mosaics, in others are hand-painted tiles, many chandeliers have been designed for the furnishings and made by the master glass craftsmen of Murano. There are many comforts for the guests: air conditioning in all the rooms, satellite TV, connection to Internet in every room, bathtubs or showers with massaging water jets.

The division of the areas is unique, some of the rooms or suites have independent access to the outdoors, offering particular privacy to the guests, there are shared areas both in the first and in the second country house and numerous outdoor areas where you can lounge, eat and relax (there is also a large separated area with a large barbecue and oven), enjoying a splendid panorama.

You can't forget the farm's cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil, chicken and hen farm as well as the sheep and pig farm, all breed outdoors near the farm, that you can walk to from the country houses, and most importantly, the large vegetable garden with a wide variety of organic fruit and vegetables.
