  • The Lilliano estate, an ancient fortified complex dating from the Middle Ages, extends over an area of around 460 hectares in a splendid, tranquil and panoramic position in the gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico, cloaked in vineyards, olive groves and fields of wheat protected by woods and Mediterranean maquis.

    A number of old farmsteads on the estate have been restored; the cluster of houses that represents our offer is made up of three farmhouses, renovated and furnished in the simple, essential style traditional in the Tuscan countryside.

    Only the first floor of the farmhouses has been restored for residential purposes. Umiliati is an independent dwelling located around 50 m from the fine 6 x12 m swimming pool for exclusive use set in a superb panoramic position.
    The three apartments are situated about 200 m in two different farmhouses: Carraretto in one and Guidi and Visentini in the other. The two farmhouses enjoy a new private swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters.

    On request, it is possible to book a guided tour with tasting of various types of wine in the company's cellars, more information on arrival.

    The property is strategically positioned for visiting the Chianti area and the art cities of Siena and Florence. In Castellina in Chianti just 5 km away guests can find shops of all kinds; Siena and Radda in Chianti are just 18 km away and Florence 55 km.

    Tennis courts and stables at 5 km, golf course 15 km. Florence Peretola airport 65 km. (Laundry with 2 washing-machines and two drying-machines at the centre of the farm about 500m away).

    We absolutely loved our stay we didn't want to leave.
    Everything was perfect.
    Check in was easy Francessca accommodated our early arrival due to a flight change.
    The villa was spacious, the beds comfortable, the linen crisp and everything so clean.
    The welcome pack was a beautiful surprise and we appreciated the time taken with our wine tasting.
    The pool was perfect.
    The location quiet with uninterrupted views.
    We are use to 20-30 minute drive to towns, restaurants and supermarket so we had our food shopping before we checked in.
    Lilliano will leave a lasting impression and cherished memories.

    Si vous aller à Lilliano n'y cherchez pas le luxe ostentatoire mais l'authenticité et la beauté, par moment on a le sentiment d'être au milieu d'un tableau de Leonardo ou de Botticelli....
    I wanted to write to say thank you for all your help - all of you at Ville in Italia and at Lilliano were so patient with our numerous schedule changes leading up to our trip. It was much appreciated!
    Jon and I enjoyed our stay at Lilliano Vineyard so much! We've traveled together quite a bit but that trip ended up being the best one yet. The views and whole setting were unbeatable - I'll never forget arriving that first evening and sitting out on a blanket, watching the sunset to the very end with a bottle of Lilliano wine they had welcomed us with. We were truly in awe of the beauty all around us.
    The villa itself surpassed my expectations - simple but spotless, beautiful, and perfect for what we wanted. How amazing to stay in a building from the Middle Ages! And swimming laps in the infiniti pool with that view - heaven! Everyone at Lilliano was very professional, warm, friendly and helpful.
    We even loved the nearest town, Castellina in Chianti. That was a sweet surprise, as I had not done any research on it, but it was truly a gem.
    I really hope to go back to Tuscany soon, and we would love to stay at Lilliano again - we're telling all our friends how wonderful it was!

    Die Häuser sind sehr grosszügig. Wir hatten das Glück den Pool für uns alleine zu haben, da nicht viele Gäste anwesend waren. Das ganze Areal verfügt über Wifi. Auch konnten wir Fußballspiele via Tablet streamen.
