This splendid property is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Chianti Classico area. The complex has recently been very carefully and tastefully renovated, and is perfectly furnished with traditional Tuscan pieces and fitted with all mod cons. It is near Gaiole in Chianti, in the most important production area of famous Tuscan wines. Gaiole, which has food and all other types of stores, is around 3 km from the house.

In front of the villa, a beautiful loggia, furnished with a marble table and chairs for 10 people, opens on to the  5.5 X 11 m swimming pool (depth from 1.5 to 2 m).  At the side of the swimming pool is a building containing a wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi.  All of this is situated within a perfectly tended garden which is in spectacular full bloom throughout the summer season.

All the most important Chianti Classico destinations such as Radda in Chianti (10 km) and Castellina in Chianti (20 km) can be easily reached from the villa. Wine lovers or anyone wishing to visit the numerous award-winning wineries in the area, will be spoilt for choice.  It is also very easy to visit the art cities of Siena and Florence which can both be reached by car in between 30 and 60 minutes, in fact, Siena is just 20 Km away and Florence 60 Km.  Florence airport is 75 Km away.

On site it is possible to directly book wonderful meals based on Tuscan specialties accompanied by a selection of great wines.  The suppers are organized directly by the owners.
