  • Large stone-built farmhouse located inside a vast property that extends for 460 hectares, situated in a peaceful and panoramic position overlooking the vineyards and the gentle hills of the Chianti Classico (350 m altitude) and near the farm centre.

    Inside the Estate there are vineyards, olive tree groves and wheat fields, protected by the woods and shrubbery. The house is the classic Tuscan country style and has comfortable, country-style furnishings.
    Outside you will find a swimming pool of 6x15m which is of exclusive use.

    On request, it is possible to book a guided tour with tasting of various types of wine in the company's cellars, more information on arrival.

    The estate is situated in an ideal location between Castellina in Chianti, which is only 5 km away and where you will find all kinds of shops, and the medieval hamlet of Monteriggioni, surrounded by ancient walls and lookout towers.
    You can easily visit the entire Chianti Classico area between Siena and Firenze, 15 km Poggibonsi, 20 km from Siena and San Gimignano, 50 km Florence. Tennis courts and horse riding stables are 15 km away.

    Only the first floor is used while the ground floor is not used.

    A room with two washing machines and two dryers near the farm centre is available to the guests and shared with the other units in the complex. Internet wi-fi.

    La villa Canneto est fantastique, nous avons passé des vacances très reposantes.

    Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son emplacement, calme, la vue magnifique, la superbe piscine privative (et son entretien très pro) ,
    la terrasse couverte, le BBQ .

    La maison est très authentique et arrangée avec bon goût .
    Nous nous sommes sentis “chez nous” .

    Le nombre de salles de bains bien adapté au nombre de chambres .
    Frigo en-bas près de la terrasse très pratique .
    Et grand frigo en haut bien adapté pour grandes familles .

    Merci pour la chaise haute pour Bébé!

    L’essentiel pour nous est le caractère privatif de la villa et de la piscine et son emplacement est parfait!
    Nous avons été enchantés!

    Das Canneto ist ein tolles Haus in wunderbarer Landschaft. Es ist Teil eines schönen Weinguts, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, auch wenn die kleine Landstraße hinter dem Haus entlangführt (aber nur ganz wenig Autoverkehr), und mit tollem Blick. Über eine kurzen, aber romantischen Fußweg gelangt man direkt zur Weinverkostung des Weinguts! Das Swimmingpool ist einfach klasse, angenehm groß, und es wird natürlich regelmäßig gesäubert. Unsere Kinder haben jeden Tag darin verbracht. Am besten hat uns die große, herrschaftliche Veranda gefallen, von der man über das Pool hinweg in die herrliche toskanische Landschaft blickt; ein sehr großer schöner Tisch (mit festen Betonfüßen und gekachelt) bietet dort viel Platz für ein großes Abendessen draußen. Im Haus hat man ebenfalls sehr viel Platz (insgesamt mit der Dependance 350qm!), die Räume sind sehr großzügig uns es hat alles den Charme eines alten Weinbauernhofs. In der großen Küche haben wir alle gemeinsam Platz gehabt und gekocht. Über die Gegend muss man nix erzählen, einfach herrlich, insbesondere die Ausflüge zu den naheliegenden Kulturstädten oder Weingütern. Wer Wein liebt, muss früher oder später hierher!

    Nous tenions à vous dire à quel point nous avons été ravi de notre séjour en Toscane dans la villa Canneto.
    Cette maison a entièrement répondu à nos attentes, nous avons été remarquablement accueilli par la chargée de clé, Yolanda, dans une maison très propre et superbe... Nous, petits et grands, avons été vraiment contents d'avoir une si belle piscine!
    Outre la qualité de la propriété, la région est magnifique!!!.

    The villa was a good surprise! The villa and the kitchen are fully equipped for a large family (7 adults & 3 children), when we got in the cleanness was impressing. The swimming pool is fantastic, the rooms are very comfortable, and the lady who runs the place is very friendly!
    On top on everything-the look of the villa, the atmosphere and the great location and fantastic Chianti view made our stay very pleasing!

    Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von dem Haus. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden, alles hat gepasst. Die Lage inmitten der Olivenhaine und Weinberge ist ganz wunderbar. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
