  • This characteristic, stone-built farmhouse is located inside a vast property that extends for 460 hectares, situated in a peaceful and panoramic position overlooking the vineyards and the gentle hills of the Chianti Classico (350 m altitude). Inside the Estate there are vineyards, olive tree groves and wheat fields, protected by the woods and shrubbery. The house is the classic Tuscan country style and has comfortable, country-style furnishings. Outside you will find a swimming pool of 5x10m which is of exclusive use and an annexe equipped with a large built-in table and barbecue.

    On request, it is possible to book a guided tour with tasting of various types of wine in the company's cellars, more information on arrival.

    The estate is situated in an ideal location between Castellina in Chianti, which is only 5 km away and where you will find all kinds of shops, and the medieval hamlet of Monteriggioni, surrounded by ancient walls and lookout towers. You can easily visit the entire Chianti Classico area between Siena and Firenze, 15 km Poggibonsi, 20 km from Siena and San Gimignano, 50 km Florence. Tennis courts and horse riding stables are 15 km away. Only the first floor is used while the ground floor is not used.

    A room with two washing machines and two dryers near the farm centre is available to the guests and shared with the other units in the complex.

    Heaven! An idillic spot in the Tuscan countryside.

    Lounge by the pool, wander through a vineyard, tour the onsite wine cellar and sample their delicious wine, or use as a base to explore Tuscany.
    I really can’t express how much I love this place! There are villas of all sizes. Perfect for couples, groups and families.

    5-10 mins drive from Castellina in Chianti, a beautiful hill top town with amenities.

    5-10 mins drive from Castellina in Chianti train station. Free parking and handy for trips to Florence and Siena.

    30-60 mins from San Gimignano and Volterra

    60+ mins to Pienza and Montepulciano

    120 mins from Saturnia

    Loads more places in reach but these are my favourites.

    Tip-
    Their olive oil and balsamic vinegar is👌🏼

    This is luxury rustic country accommodation. Don’t expect all the amenities of home.

    No air con but they do provide fans in the bedrooms. The accommodation is on the second floor to make the most of the Tuscan breeze and the amazing views. Most windows have shutters and bug nets so you can keep them open to catch a breeze.
