- ON REQUEST:
- Buffet breakfast served from 8:30 am to 11:00, C am, COST for the service: 200 EURO per day.
- Cook + assistant for buffet dinner served from 7: 30 to 9.30 pm, COST for the service: 350 EURO per meal. (food-and-beverages-purchasing costs are not included and are at guests charge). This service includes food preparation but does not include table setting and final cleaning.
- These services are not provided on Sundays or on public holidays.
- Food-and-beverages-purchasing costs are not included and are at guests charge.
- Upon arrival, an advance payment of EUR 1,000 will be required for food expenses, to be adjusted during the stay according to real consumption. It is suggested, for your day of arrival, to send in advance the first supply list.
- An additional charge is made for the food shopping service.
- It is also possible to book the preparation of supper with table waiting service the cost of which is applied per person according to the menu selected.
- Electricity and Hot/Cold AC included up to a maximum weekly consumption of 1000 KW, any additional KW to be paid on site according to consumption (Euro 1/KW).
- EVENTS: for weddings, birthdays, parties, Villa Costanza provides a complete and highly qualified service for up to 80 people. The cost for the events is 1500 euros for the use of the spaces. The full quote will be provided upon request.

- Food and drink: a cash deposit of € 3,000 will be requested on arrival, which will be used during the stay for daily shopping.

- Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person per day to be paid in cash, children under 10 years are excluded.
- The security deposit is held by the agency prior to the client's arrival at the villa, will be released if no damage is found;
- Parking: the villa does not have private parking, we work with an external provider,
- the cost is € 50 per day for a normal car and € 80 per day for a van or larger car. They provide the valet service.
- Extra hours of service for villa staff on request: € 40 per hour for each person employed in the service.
- Extra services to be requested in advance: baby-sitter, the cost of services will be provided at the time of request.
- in the case of events minimum stay of one week even in low season, event fee: quotation to be requested at the time of request
