The Villa is situated on the top of a hill with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, in the center of a 4-hectare enclosed area which includes an olive grove and a small wood, as well as the proprietors’ house in which they live all year round.  The proprietors will be happy to help you discover the area and its secrets.

The Villa was built in a decidedly contemporary style designed to draw attention to the beauty of the surrounding nature.
It is furnished using modern and unique pieces in order to create comfortable and elegant spaces.  The Villa’s main characteristic is that it maximizes the various outdoor spaces and terraces which offer shade and sun at different times of the day so that the guests can enjoy the magnificent view all year round at any time of the day.

The Villa has a floor heating and cooling system which can be adjusted via an electronic control panel.  
Individual AC units are also available, all powered by solar energy, as are the sauna, the heated swimming pool and the charging stations for electric cars. High speed Internet connection (100 G) throughout the Villa and on the terraces.
Private 5 x 8 m swimming pool with lounge area open all year round, heated from May to September, outdoor shower with hot water.
Both the lower and upper floors can be reached autonomously by car.

There are stores for shopping 7 Km away; the town of Campagnatico (11 Km); the city of Grosseto (15 Km).  The sea can be reached in less than one hour by car, Marina di Grosseto (28 Km), Castiglione della Pescaia (39 Km).
