overlooking the porch and garden is a large reception room with library; dining room (seats 10) and small lounges.
These are completed by a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, grill, coffee machine, cooking hob.

1 downstairs bathroom.
The ground floor also has 3 bedrooms (2 of which have twin beds) with 3 en suite bathrooms.

The private swimming pool (14 x 5 m) is located in the park of the Villa. The rooms are furnished with antique pieces and bookcases, modern elements and sculptures and features original wooden flooring and large windows with beautiful views.
The villa has air conditioning and WIFI internet connection. It is situated in the countryside of Maremma, 10 Km from Grosseto and 8 Km from the characteristic village of Istia d'Ombrone which has stores, a restaurant and a chemist.
The private swimming pool (14 x 5 m) is located in the park of the Villa and is surrounded by olive trees and timber trees covering an area of around 10 hectares.
Outdoors there is also a dining area underneath the porch for guests to use which seats ten people.
It is possible to organize numerous day trips in the area: the Parco dell'Uccellina is 20 Km away, the beaches of Marina di Alberese and Castiglione della Pescaia are 30 Km away, the Saturnia spa resort and the natural Oasis of Orbetello are 40 Km away.
There are particularly interesting food and wine itineraries both along the coast and in the numerous typical villages in the inland areas.
