Heating of the pool as of 15th June until 30th September if water temperature is below 22°.| Access to the swimming pool all over the year (for instance after a sauna...) | Free access to the organic vegetable garden and orchard. | Beach towels and sunshade provided. | Pool towels. | Wood for fireplaces and barbecues. | Bathroom kit: shampoo, bubble bath, shaving foam etc. | Household products: washing machine and dishwasher soaps | Welcome drinks and basket with local products (2 bottles of wine, Villa Ombrone's Olive Oil) | Cold supper is provided on the day of arrival as well as breakfast the next day. | Small size pets are allowed only upon specific request to the owner.
