The daily cleaning service does not include cleaning of the kitchen, which remains the responsibility of the customer. The cost of electricity is included up to a maximum consumption of 300 KW per week, the excess must be paid on the spot at the end of the stay.

SERVICE STAFF: - 1 butler (20 years of service in the castle). - 1 person for pool and garden maintenance. - 2/3 service maids for daily cleaning of the rooms and common areas. - Concierge service from 09.30 to 13.30.

- Utilities (electricity, water, gas) flat rate per day: € 250.00

- Domestic pets € 200.00 for final cleaning
- The cleaning of the kitchen is not included in the daily cleaning service, if used by guests it is possible to request a cleaning service at a cost of € 100 per meal.
- * The damage deposit to be paid on arrival can also be paid by credit card.
- ON REQUEST :
- cooking service on request with estimate at the time of request.
- Laundry and ironing service provided by the staff.
- Concierge service at the villa: the villa offers assistance for various services on which it will charge a 10% commission (e.g.: boat hire, wine tasting, etc.).
- Any events (weddings, various celebrations) are not included in the rental price. The property does not accept organisations and personnel from outside the villa. In the case of events guests will be subject to a separate contract from the holiday rental contract and in the case of events, the applicable rental rate will be that of the maximum capacity of persons (14 rooms).

Half-weekly change of bedroom and bathroom linen, swimming pool towels provided. Daily cleaning of the bedrooms and lounges 5 days a week (the kitchen cleaning is excluded if the kitchen is used by the clients). Courtesy set in the bathrooms. Welcome drinks for the clients arrival. Pets allowed on request (to be advised at time of booking).

Further costs to be paid on the premises in cash

- Total final cleaning cost: : € 400.00
- Domestic pets € 200.00 for final cleaning
- Flat rate cost for utilities and consumption € 300 per week.
- Cooking service for the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner on request (price depends on the type of service requested).
- Kitchen cleaning: if customers will use the kitchen themselves to cook their meals, they have to provide
- mandatory themselves to cleaning the kitchen, cutlery and crockery used. If customers do not want to provide
- their own cleaning, we will do it for 20 euro per hour. If our clients will take our catering service the kitchen
- cleaning will be included in the meal price.
- Laundry and ironing service made by the staff on request.
- The cost of the final cleaning also includes the sanitation of the villa done before the arrival of the guests.
