Cleaning service with staff available every day until 1:30pm; Continental breakfast from 08:30am to 10:30am (service and food included); Cook for dinner preparation . Gardener service. Use of wellness area with sauna, gym and toiletries. Tennis court with rackets and balls to play on . Pool towels. Bathrobes and slippers for each guest. Complete set of Ferragamo luxury toiletries for each guest. Home-produced organic extra virgin olive oil and a selection of the estate's fine wines. The domestic staff lives in a separate house adjacent to the villa.

- Cook available on request for dinner preparation at a cost per person from € 45 (food and service included, drinks to be paid extra)
- Pizza night in the ancient wood-fired oven, to be booked in advance.
- Wine tasting tour in villa's cantina and served with a light buffet of typical products
- Pre-stocking service with customer specifications and to be reimbursed with receipt. The pre-stocking service costs 200 euro.
