- Concierge service at the villa: the villa offers assistance for various services on which it will charge a 10% commission (e.g.: boat hire, wine tasting, etc.).
- Any events (weddings, various celebrations) are not included in the rental price. The property does not accept organisations and personnel from outside the villa. In the case of events guests will be subject to a separate contract from the holiday rental contract and in the case of events, the applicable rental rate will be that of the maximum capacity of persons (14 rooms).

Daily cleaning of the bedrooms and lounges 5 days a week (the kitchen cleaning is excluded if the kitchen is used by the clients). Courtesy set in the bathrooms. - Kitchen cleaning: if customers will use the kitchen themselves to cook their meals, they have to provide
- mandatory themselves to cleaning the kitchen, cutlery and crockery used. If customers do not want to provide
- their own cleaning, we will do it for 20 euro per hour. If our clients will take our catering service the kitchen
- cleaning will be included in the meal price.
- Laundry and ironing service made by the staff on request.
- The cost of the final cleaning also includes the sanitation of the villa done before the arrival of the guests.
