Welcome drink. Daily cleaning: from Monday to Friday for cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas (kitchen cleaning is not included in the daily cleaning, it is only included with lunch and dinner services) -- Breakfast preparation, maximum 3 hours 7.30 - 10.30 (excluding food and drinks) -- Bath linen and pool towels are changed on Saturdays and midweek -- Free use of mountain bykes inside the property.

Further costs to be paid on the premises in cash

- -Light lunch service with cook and waiter: Euro 20 per person; dinner service with cook and waiter Euro 35 per person (Euro 40 per person with less than 14 people): food included, drinks to be paid extra. For special dinners cost per person to be estimated according to menu choice. -Deposit of €1000.00 for the purchase of food and drinks to be paid in cash or by credit card (in this case +10%). According to the receipts that the owner will give, every 3 days the deposit must be checked and renewed if necessary.
- -Food and beverage supply service Euro 30 per charge - Wine tasting (English) : Euro 150 plus cost of wines.
- -Extra maid-service € 12 per hour, babysitter € 20 per hour, laundry service € 15 per hour
- -In case of special events during the stay, customers will have to pay extra cleaning and tidying services.
