GROUND FLOOR:  The main entrance to the tower on the ground floor leads into a large space with walls and flooring in original XIII –XIV century travertine.  There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the large reception room which is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and suppers.  A beautiful square room with stone walls has been furnished as a lounge with design pieces and is perfect for reading and relaxing.

FIRST FLOOR: to be passed through in order to reach the design staircase at the center of the tower.

SECOND FLOOR: Two spacious suites which can also be accessed via the lift/elevator.  The first suite consists of a double bedroom with TV and mini bar; bathroom with shower; elegant and comfortable lounge for reading.  It enjoys a panoramic view of the Umbrian countryside.  The second suite has a double bedroom with king size double bed and a large closet with mirror; bathroom with hydro-massage and shower; reading room, TV, mini bar.

THIRD FLOOR: Accessed by the lift/elevator as well as the staircase, this approximately 120 sq. meter floor has a day area containing a fully equipped spacious kitchen which is particularly suitable for cookery courses.  A bright dining room with a large table seating 12 positioned in front of a beautiful sandstone fireplace used for lunches and suppers with the chef.  The bathroom with shower has an enormous panoramic window looking onto the internal garden.  In the night area there is a very cozy bedroom with double bed, desk and closet; a double bedroom with queen size bed decorated with lots of works of contemporary art.  The large bathroom, which has maintained medieval architectural details, has both a bathtub and a hydro-massage shower/sauna.

FOURTH FLOOR: Accessed by the lift/elevator as well as the staircase, this approximately 120 sq. meter floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen which is useful for lunches and suppers organized on the terrace, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a welcoming and spacious living-room with fireplace.  The night area has two double bedrooms (one of the two is small with a  French-style bed, 1.20 m wide) which are very cozy and furnished with valuable fabrics.  The spacious bathroom has a double washbasin, hydro-massage bathtub, design shower for two and relax area.

TERRACE: the large terrace reached via an easy flight of stairs is a truly spectacular observation point for viewing the valley. A table seating 12, lounges and cushions make this a very habitable and attractive space.
