Cleaning service with staff available every day until 1:30pm; Continental breakfast from 08:30am to 10:30am (service and food included); Cook for dinner preparation . Gardener service. Use of wellness area with sauna, gym and toiletries. Tennis court with rackets and balls to play on . Pool towels. Bathrobes and slippers for each guest. Complete set of Ferragamo luxury toiletries for each guest. Home-produced organic extra virgin olive oil and a selection of the estate's fine wines. The domestic staff lives in a separate house adjacent to the villa.

- Cook available on request for dinner preparation at a cost per person from € 35 (food and service included, drinks to be paid extra) Pizza night in the ancient wood-fired oven, to be booked in advance.
- Wine tasting tour in villa's cantina and served with a light buffet of typical products
- Pre-stocking service with customer specifications and to be reimbursed with receipt. The pre-stocking service costs 200 euro.
- House wine cellar stocked with the estate's wines and charged only on consumption
- Laundry service available according to the price list in each bedroom

1 bathroom linen change, excluding bathrobes, on Wednesdays. Exclusive use of the spa. Welcome basket with typical products (pasta, pasta sauces, bread, cold meats, cheeses and wine) for preparing supper on the day of arrival.
