- For rentals of 2 weeks or more, cleaning is compulsory at the end of each week.
- Pets allowed with an extra deposit of Euro 500.
- First shopping service Euro 50 + receipts.
- Extra cleaning Euro 15/h.
- A cleaning fee of €150 is compulsory for groups with children under 12.
- Chef from Euro 250 for service. Minimum 4 people + food cost.
- Late Check-in after 08:00pm Euro 50.
