Daily cleaning of the bedrooms and lounges 5 days a week (the kitchen cleaning is excluded if the kitchen is used by the clients, cleaning possible on request € 20 per hour). Buffet breakfast service (continental breakfast). Courtesy set in the bathrooms. Welcome drinks for the clients arrival. Pets allowed on request (to be advised at time of booking).

- THE DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL OR BY CREDIT CARD. It is possible to request the preparation of meals with the costs to be paid on site (in this case the cleaning of the kitchen is included in the cost of the service).
- In the event of special events like weddings, suppers, parties, any extra services may only be organized by the villa staff (to be agreed separately).
- Laundry and ironing service made by the staff on request.

- Refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on arrival: € 2,000.00

- the villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 32 people ( 24 + 8 ), extra beds must be paid for on the spot /
- on request it is possible to organise events using the services provided by the property /
- minimum one week in July and August, at other times of the year stays of less than one week are possible (on request) /
- it is not possible to organise dinners, events, meetings with extra people not hosted in the villa, unless previously authorised by the owner (an extra charge may be applied) /
- on request breakfast service, lunches, dinners (quotation to be requested at the time of booking) /

- Refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on arrival: € 1,800.00
