- Utilities (electricity, water, heating, gas, air conditioning, final cleaning); - Wi-Fi in the whole building; - Music sound system; - Minibar in all the rooms beverages charged on consumption; - Safety box in all the rooms; - Courtesy kit (bath soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap bar, body cream); - Daily change of linen and bath towels; - Morning daily cleaning; - Pool cleaning & pool towels; - Gardening; - Staff 8 hours per day (cook & waiter service for the breakfast and on other meal on choice between lunch and dinner; maid from 7h30 am till 4h30 pm) extra hours € 40 per person per hour. The staff has a day off on rotation per week; - Laundry service: underwear included, extra laundry €50 per load (10 pieces); € 20 per piece for ironing only; - Continental breakfast; - Welcome dinner (for stay of minimum 1 week); - Cooking class (for stay of minimum 1 week); - Porter service: (included 1 luggage only per person) on the day of the arrival is included from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm. Before and after the indicated time or on Sunday or for any extra luggage the cost will be on guest's charge. On the day of the departure from 8:00 am till 10:00 am; - In the case of events, a supplement will be charged (minimum stay 7 nights). The villa requires some of the suppliers used for the event to be those indicated by the property (such as catering, music, flowers, etc.).

Further costs to be paid on the premises in cash

- Additional beds cost (3 available) € 840.00 per week, to be paid on the premises
- Food and drink: a cash deposit of € 3,000 will be requested on arrival, which will be used during the stay for daily shopping.
- during the stay for daily groceries. At the end of the stay the remainder will be returned, or
- a higher amount will be requested if not sufficient;
- Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person per day to be paid in cash, children under 10 years are excluded.
- The security deposit is held by the agency prior to the client's arrival at the villa, will be released if no damage is found;
- Parking: the villa does not have private parking, we work with an external provider,
- the cost is € 50 per day for a normal car and € 80 per day for a van or larger car. They provide the valet service.
- Extra hours of service for villa staff on request: € 40 per hour for each person employed in the service.
- Extra services to be requested in advance: baby-sitter, the cost of services will be provided at the time of request.
- in the case of events minimum stay of one week even in low season, event fee: quotation to be requested at the time of request

- Refundable damage deposit to be paid with the final payment: € 5,000.00
