- The kitchen service or any other external service must be organised by trusted persons provided by the owner of Villa Ermelinda. No external supplier may enter the property without the owner's approval. |
- Pets allowed on request : small/medium size only, 2 bowls and a pillow at disposal. |
- Security deposit : to be paid before arrival by bank transfer directly to the owner (it will be returned a few days after departure).
