The villa, distributed over two floors with sea view, is located in Vico Equense, a locality situated 10 Km from Sorrento when arriving from Naples.  This town on the Sorrento peninsula offers breathtaking landscapes, stunning beaches and a beautiful historic medieval town center.

The Circumvesuvian railroad station of Seiano is just a few hundred meters from the villa and is excellent for getting to Sorrento (9 minutes), Pompei (15 minutes) and Naples (50 minutes).
The villa is around 1000 meters from Marina di Seiano which has restaurants, cocktail bars and a beach,  lidos, restaurants and a port from which ferries leave for Capri as well as motorboats for private tours.

Villa Simpatia is furnished with elegant and functional pieces.  It is managed by Francesco, a young attorney who has chosen to change profession, and his mother.  If you want, Francesco can brighten up your evenings by cooking pizzas in the villa’s wood-burning oven or organizing candlelight suppers with typical local menus.

From the terraces you can enjoy an enchanting view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.
It has a 6x4 m. private swimming pool with hydromassage, the surrounding area is equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds, there is a bioclimatic pergotenda with a table that can seat up to 12 people, and there is also a fully-equipped bar with a temperature-controlled wine cellar with a selection of white wines, champagnes, and red wines, a beer tapping station, and a cocktail station. It is possible to organise theme evenings with a professional barman or private events. During their stay, guests can make use of the bar, buying whatever they want directly in the villa. There is also a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven for pizzas, as well as an outdoor kitchen on wheels that are used to organise dinners and pizza experiences for guests. From the garden, a staircase leads to the newly renovated rooftop with sofas, chaize long and a heated Jacuzzi open from March to October and a breathtaking view. The villa has a private parking area that can accommodate up to 6 cars. 
 The entire villa is equipped with winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
