The villa is situated on the Chianti hills and the nearest town with services is Staggia, 2 Km.  It is a typical, recently renovated 18th century manor house which has fully preserved the flavor of the period.

The indoor areas are furnished with antique pieces and contemporary furniture.  All the bathrooms are state-of-the-art and comfortable and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped.
The bedrooms and communal areas have air conditioning.  The whole villa and part of the outdoor area have WI FI internet connection.  There is a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there is a large fenced garden with tall trees, holm oaks and cypress trees.  The swimming pool area has a solarium with deckchairs and sunbeds.  The spacious panoramic terrace has a lounge area with tables and chairs and an outdoor dining area with barbecue.

The concierges live on the third floor which has an independent entrance.  They will provide useful on-site assistance.

The villa is an excellent departure point for traveling to Florence (56 Km), Siena (22 Km) and San Gimignano (23 Km). 
There are numerous restaurants where it is possible to savor the typical Tuscan cuisine as well as farms which offer Chianti wine tasting sessions.
