This distinguished villa is situated on the northern coast of Lake Como in the town of Dongo, directly overlooking the lake.  The villa was built in the early 20th century and was the summer residence of a wealthy industrialist.
The villa overlooks the lake in a setting which is enhanced by a wonderful 10,000 sq. meter park, a characteristic oval swimming pool, a jetty with one covered and one uncovered boat space and a spacious panoramic terrace furnished with outdoor lounges and dining tables.

The residence, which is still lived in, is completely furnished with period pieces as well as items of modern design, the result of the good taste of the current owners.

The villa has WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning in the bedrooms.  Numerous services are included in the price: daily cleaning of the bedrooms, daily preparation of continental breakfast and of one meal -either lunch or supper; the cost of the food and beverages should be paid separately. The kitchen, service area and laundry are for the exclusive use of the villa staff.
It is possible to request the preparation of a third meal at an extra cost per person.

The villa is suitable for holding and hosting dream receptions in a rare and invaluable setting.

Near the villa is the ferry terminal with easy links to the most characteristic towns on the lake.  It is possible to hire boats or motorboats, or organize tailor-made boat trips with escort.
There is an 18-hole golf course – one of the oldest in Italy - in Menaggio around 20 Km away.  The town has numerous restaurants offering traditional local dishes.
