In the centre of Valdichiana, close to Arezzo and Cortona, at the top of a hill that dominates a scene of pleasant tuscan countryside with green fields and ancient villages, stands Villa de' Michelangioli.

It is a typical old country residence, renovated with love and care, respecting its original characteristics: all of the original building materials - terracotta flooring, stonework in pietra serena stone, and wooden beams have all been used in the restoration with great attention to detail, and together with the richness of the furnishings consisting of antique furnishings and precious materials, all contribute to an elegant and exclusive atmosphere.
There are 8 bedrooms, all furnished differently: some of them have suites with living-room, fireplace and hydromassage tub, but all of them have the most up-to-date conveniences such as: air-conditioning, satellite TV, safe-deposit box, fridge-bar, internet connection.

It is surrounded by grounds of 2 hectacres with a garden in tuscan style with olive trees: the nice pool, completely enclosed, offers a splendid view of the surrounding countryside.

We absolutely loved the villa and our stay there. When we walked in we were surprised by the wonderful views out of the back of the house and out to the pool. The living areas were comfortable and we made use of the large dining table that was able to accommodate our whole group. We also loved the kitchen and were thankful that we were allowed to use it (we've rented villas before that did not let you use the large kitchens). We ate breakfast out in the glass sunroom every morning and swam in the pool everyday. The villa has everything you need to make it a great vacation. We would definitely consider renting this villa again. The transactions all went smoothly and everyone affiliated with your company and the villa were very helpful and nice.
