This old stone farmhouse has been carefully renovated without altering the original structure. It has stone fireplaces and terracotta floors, as well as wood beamed and cross vaulted ceilings.

The villa is in a beautiful position surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated halfway between Siena and Arezzo and is very convenient for visiting the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany by car or by train. Florence can be easily reached from the railway station in Bucine which is just 5 Km away.

The indoor areas of the house are very pleasantly furnished. Outside there are areas provided with tables, chairs and a barbecue for eating “al fresco”, shaded areas where guests can relax and a large 10 x 20 m swimming pool (max. depth 2.5 m) which is shared with Il Torrione. The two properties are around 100 meters apart but are completely independent from each other. 

Many walking routes start in the vicinity of the villa which are perfect for guests who enjoy taking relaxing strolls in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.
There is a food shop and restaurant just 1 Km away in the small village of Badia Agnano. Bucine has a variety of different stores.

On request it is possible to organize suppers, lunches and cookery courses focusing on Tuscan cuisine, as well as visits to the local wineries to taste their products, or to the outlet stores of many famous Italian high fashion brands such as Prada.
