BUILDING A:

BUILDING B:
GROUND FLOOR: fully equipped kitchen like the one in building A; living room with sofas and dining room with table that seats 12 people; the room has large windows that overlook the garden on the swimming pool side.
FIRST FLOOR: living room with satellite TV; 1 double bedroom with bathroom and bathtub; 1 twin bedroom with 2 French-style beds and bathroom with shower; 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with four-poster bed and bathroom with external bathtub opposite the bedroom door.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.The estate is reached by driving through a wood of age-old oak trees. From the provincial road, after around 1 Km. of unpaved road, there is a gate giving access to the property which is completely fenced in.
The villa consists of two characteristic buildings connected by a courtyard, all built using the typical craft bricks that can be found all over the Siena area. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, all of which are located on the first floor, each with air conditioning ,closet and bathroom.
The villa also has a WI-FI connection in the courtyard, barbecue, 5 x 15 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m),
open air dining room and a car park which leads to the entrance courtyard via a slight slope.
The caretaker, who is charged with the maintenance of the villa and the cleaning service, lives in an independent house inside the property with his family.
Going along the provincial road, the entrance to the villa is opposite Castello di Frosini where there is a general food store . Around 8 Km further along is the famous abbey of San Galgano. The nearest towns are Rosia and Chiusdino (10 Km.), Siena is 25 Km. away, the Tuscan coast with Follonica is just 60 Km away.
