This spacious farmhouse immersed in the Chianti countryside shines with contemporary charm and ancient details, offering guests a luxury welcome.  Surrounded by luxuriant nature, Villa Il Torchio, with its vast lawns, 360° views, garden and impeccably designed panoramic swimming pool, is just a few steps away from the characteristic town of Panzano which is famous for its wine and has all the necessary services and stores.

The villa is located inside a splendid estate of over 20 hectares, in a hilly position, surrounded by stunning landscapes.
Situated in the heart of the Chianti district, less than one kilometer from Panzano in Chianti, the villa can also be reached by foot along a private path.
Panzano is a characteristic medieval town with shops, restaurants and public services.

Inside the estate, in addition to Il Torchio there are another two villas which also feature in our catalogue: Le Stalle and Villa la Dama.  Each of them offers privacy: private swimming pool, private gardens and outdoor spaces.  Hedges divide the outdoor areas of the three villas while the windows and front doors are positioned in such a way as to avoid limiting the guests’ privacy in any way. 
All together they can accommodate up to a maximum of 37 people.  
All three villas are environmentally friendly and have a geothermal and solar energy power supply.

THE VILLA
Villa Il Torchio can comfortably host up to 14 people and has its own private swimming pool inside a large private garden.
This villa, which used to be the place where the estate produced and stored its wine, is distributed over two floors and offers a mixture of modern and classic styles.
With a complete view of the illustrious Chianti countryside of olive-groves and vineyards, it is furnished in a classic Tuscan style with touches of French and Italian antiques in neutral shades of brown, dove-gray, white and gray with solid wood flooring  and stone brick arches.
