The Sorrento Peninsula features numerous small villages dotted around the hills that belong to the municipality of Massa Lubrense.  Among these, Termini is the last village opposite the locality of “Punta Campanella”, which overlooks the island of Capri and, for trekking enthusiasts, is the ideal departure point for interesting excursions.  Termini is situated opposite the island of Capri on top of a hill at the foot of Mount San Costanzo (300 meters above sea level), a stunning position with splendid views.

Il Pozzo is a recently renovated farmhouse surrounded by a large flower-filled garden situated in a hilly position with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Capri.  Every part of the garden, which also includes a small exclusive 4x5 m. swimming pool with jacuzzi and numerous terraces surrounding the house, is arranged in such a way as to ensure full enjoyment of the panorama.

The nearest beach with amenities is Marina del Cantone located just 5 km from the property.  Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, around 3 km away, is the nearest town where it is possible to find all the necessary services.

DISTANCES AND USEFUL INFORMATION:
- Nerano 4 km: along the route to the beach of Marina del Cantone.
- Marina del Cantone 5 km: here it is possible to access the beach with amenities and the boat hire service. Marina del Cantone is also the ideal place for savoring the typical cuisine of this world-famous locality with a variety of venues ranging from traditional trattorias to starred restaurants.
- Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is 4 km away from the villa and has all types of services: from food stores to restaurants to public services.  Sant'Agata is also the (SITA) bus junction with connections to the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento.
- Sorrento is around 10 km away: this is the most important town on the Sorrento Coast, the terminus of the (Circumvesuviana) subway from Naples, Pompei and Castellammare.  It is possible to get the hydrofoil from the port of Sorrento to Capri, Ischia and Naples.
- Positano is around 20 km from the villa.
The Sorrento Coast is also the ideal departure point for visiting the famous archeological sites of Pompei, Ercolano and Paestum.
