My family & I , five adults and five children aged two to seventeen years recently spent three weeks in Italy. We booked three villas in total. Il Parco was by far the best accomodation we experienced in Italy. The owners were lovely & very hospitable while the villa was stunning & beautifully appointed. The location is very secure, behind wonderfully ornate gates and set in a lovely parkland. The presentation of the rooms were scrupulously clean while the pool table was a huge hit with the teenagers.The bus into Florence is just around the corner and only takes a few minutes to reach the centre of town.Once again thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay.

We had a fantastic time at Il Parco. I was a little nervous before we arrived there since I had never seen the property, only on the internet, and I was afraid it would be too small for our group of 14. But my fears turned to joy when we checked in. The owner met us as scheduled and was very nice and accommodating. The villa was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. It looked as if it had been recently remodeled; the bathrooms were very nice in each room. On the website is said that two rooms had to share a hallway bathroom but this was not the case…each room had their own. There was plenty of room for the two extra roll-away beds for the children. My family loved the big kitchen area and room with the pool table. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the estate. The grounds of the villa were also very lovely with a park and a beautiful tree lined lane that led to the outer gate. Being summer the pool was a big hit, it too was very nice and well maintained. We had several night swims there. Even though it was very hot during the day outside, the villa seemed to remain fairly cool with just the ceiling fans and nighttime it was very comfortable. The bus into Florence was just down the street about a five minute walk and was very convenient and a good way to see the neighborhoods and Italian people. Upon departure the caretaker arranged for four taxis to pick us up and take us to the train station, which was very nice.
Your service to me was excellent leading up to the trip. You always responded quickly and accommodated my many requests easily. The financial arrangements were very easy and professional as well. I will definitely recommend Villa in Italia to my friends and we would return to Il Parco in a heartbeat! My family is already scheming on a way to get back there soon.

I must say we had a very positive experience at both properties we rented from you this summer - in addition to Il Parco, of course, we rented Le Scuderie in Lamole. The owners of Le Scuderie were very friendly and even arranged for us to have a private tour of the Vasariano Corridor at the Uffizi! Both owners were there at the appointed times and we had no problems at all. It was a pleasure and we will be sure to rent from you again as well as recommend your company to our friends.
