Spello, a little village in Umbria not far from the famous town of Assisi, is undoubtedly one of the region's most precious gems, and it is no coincidence that it belongs to the "Borghi più belli d'Italia" (the most beautiful villages in Italy), an association that comprises only the towns that have succeeded in preserving their monuments and artistic masterpieces in perfect architectural harmony, along with a quality of life that can infuse a new rhythm and taste into our times. Girdled by the circle of walls, in its narrow lanes, well-tended and decked with flowers, in the characteristic tower-houses and welcoming and lively squares, visitors can find all the evidence of its ancient history.

APT.1 - CORTE:
It is located in the historical center of Spello, is a delightful compact townhouse with one bedroom and one bathroom, making it an ideal house for up to three persons.
Upon entering, your are greeted by vibrant colors, retro furniture, beautiful carpets, eye catching art and a wonderful view over the rolling hills of the Chiona Valley.

KITCHEN – LIVING SPACE:
Upon entering the house, the open living room greets you with lounge chairs, satellite TV and a large sofa which can be converted into a bed. Further inside, you will find a cosy dining area and a simple but well-equipped kitchen.

MASTERBEDROOM AND BATHROOM:
A bedroom with a king-size bed, carefully selected bed linen and a large window overlooking the Umbrian hills. From the bedroom a staircase leads to the lower level of the flat, where you will find a bathroom and french doors that open onto the courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, an antique wash basin and a spacious shower.

French doors give access to a lovely private terrace overlooking the Umbrian hills. On the terrace there are two sunbeds, two lounge chairs and a small table.

APT.2 - GIRASOLE:
It is beautifully situated within the city walls of the village of Spello.
The apartment for 2 people has an open, atmospheric living room with a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors open onto a panoramic balcony that overlooks the hills of the Chiona valley.
The warm and atmospheric decor is characterized by yellow and wicker accents and carefully chosen artistic decorations that were collected by me during my many travels.
If you step out the door you will be in the central square of picturesque Spello in a few minutes. Spello is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Umbria with inviting narrow streets and an authentic atmosphere.

KITCHEN – LIVING SPACE:
A few steps from the front door take you to an open living and kitchen space. A beautiful vintage wicker sofa, colorful carpets from Morocco on a dark wooden floor and a well equipped modern kitchen. Double doors give access to a beautiful balcony that overlooks the Umbrian hills.

MASTERBEDROOM AND BATHROOM:
From the living room leads a door into the bedroom with its king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a large window overlooking the Umbrian hills. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
