GROUND FLOOR: spacious kitchen with dishwasher; dining room; 2 double bedrooms (the beds can be separated) with 2 bathrooms with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: spacious living room; lounge with fireplace; 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower (the beds can be separated); the two bedrooms have a structure above the bathrooms with a small lounge and single sofa bed each.
Laundry with washing machine in external structure.
Outside there is a patio with lounge facing the swimming pool and a patio with external table on the kitchen side.
The whole property has air conditioning.
The Crete Senesi, to the south of Siena, is an area of stunning landscapes, with gentle hills interrupted by magnificent erosional phenomena to create beautiful open panoramas.
In the spring it is a green mantle rippling in the breeze, in the summer it is a golden expanse of wheat and in autumn the gray of the plowed soil predominates.

The farmhouse is situated 6 Km from Buonconvento inside a vast property in a peaceful, uncontaminated position on the top of a hill which offers beautiful views of the Crete Senesi.
It is furnished with taste and personality, with a combination of furnishings in different styles in the various rooms. The spacious kitchen has an oven and dishwasher. Outside there is a covered veranda with table and chairs for eating “al fresco”.
The whole farmhouse has air conditioning and WI-FI internet connection.

In the large garden, in addition to the 10 x 5 m private swimming pool with deck chairs and sunbeds, there is a covered patio with a comfortable lounge.

Distances: Buonconvento has all kinds of shops and supermarkets. The farmhouse is 30 Km from Siena and 90 from Florence. A visit to the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore just a few kilometers away is a must. In Montalcino (13 Km) it is possible to taste Brunello wine in the numerous wineries and wine shops.
The whole area has lots of restaurants offering excellent local cuisine.

We had a fantastic time, Francigeno was even more beautiful than the pictures. The house could easily accommodate 8 people.
The bedrooms were large as well as the two living rooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the luxurious ensuite bathrooms were well stocked with hairdryers, robes and other necessities.The house was located on a 2000 acre vineyard and olive grove. The owner was very nice and very helpful and as you had mentioned, speaks English very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house- or any of the other houses that this family owns in the area, to your clients. Location wise the house was 30 minutes from Siena, Montalcino and Montepulciano.

We really enjoyed our stay at Francigeno! It was a perfect location to visit wineries, Siena and other towns nearby. Villa was easily accessible by car from Florence, Pisa, or even from Rome.

The villa was really beautiful, and our host was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us a lot of tips what to do and see. We got to taste his wine, beer and they even brought us vegetables from their own garden and wild boar they had hunted.

The layout of the villa was perfect having little kids with us. They could sleep downstairs (waking up early), and those without kids could sleep upstairs a bit longer. Kitchen was really well equipped, and we really appreciated the air condition and possibility to do our laundry.

We got a grill when we asked for it.

We really can recommend this place! It is a good location to discover Tuscany, and host's and his family's hospitality was incredible.
