The property is located on the hills overlooking the Val d'Elsa, near the archeological park of Semifonte, an ancient city destroyed in 1200.
From the house it is possible to enjoy the stunning panorama of the valley below as far as the towers which ominate San Gimignano.  It is an organic farm producing an excellent olive oil and honey that can be purchased on site.

The property is located on the first floor of the building, accessed by going up an external staircase, while on the ground floor there is the apartment of the proprietor, friendly Mrs. Emma, and a billiard room with piano, sofas and armchairs.
Mrs. Emma is an excellent cook and is available to cook or organize cookery courses the costs of which should naturally be paid on site.  Upon arrival guests will find a welcome basket with some essential products like water, wine, pasta and milk.  In the kitchen there is a wine cellar with bottles of wine from the farm’s production that guests can pay for on departure according to consumption.

In the garden there is a 15 x 5 m swimming pool with deck chairs and sunbeds for the exclusive use of the guests.  The house has WI FI internet connection and an autonomous room by room air conditioning system for obtaining the preferred temperature.  Consumption to be paid for at the end of the stay after the meter has been read.

The house also has: barbecue, laundry, electric oven, microwave, satellite TV and lots of other amenities.

There are numerous cultural localities just a short distance away: Certaldo 10 KM, Barberino val d'Elsa 6 Km. and San Gimignano 18Km.
