It was absolutely the right decision to rent this house.
The wonderful location, away from the hustle and bustle, was exactly what we had hoped for.
The rooms, the terraces, the garden and finally the pool were perfect places to relax and unwind.
We absolutely recommend Campanelle.
Of course we would also like to thank Antonio who supported us excellently from start to finish.

All in all we enjoyed 10 wonderful days.

This place was spectacular. My family of 7 stayed here for 4 nights in May. We were met by Antonio and his associate upon check in. Right from the moment we met them we know we were in good hands. We had an issue or two during our stay with the keys and Antonio was very quick to respond. The house is about 25 mins to Sorrento and 30-40 mins to Positano. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes and markets within a 5-10 min drive. The home was very clean and spacious. It has two apartments in it. We made great use of the pool and pizza oven. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Positano/Sorrento/Napoli/Pompei as this is central and isnt among the hustle of the major cities. Thanks again for the great stay!

I can't praise House Manager enough. He was very welcoming, extremely helpful, responded swiftly to enquiries and the villa was clean, tidy and very well stocked with everything necessary. The villa itself is gorgeous with spectacular views. We spent a very happy week there and made good use of the wonderful pizza oven, clean swimming pool with useful outdoor shower and comfortable recliners on the side, and spacious terraces for dining and relaxing. The bedrooms are light and roomy. There is a good restaurant in very easy walking distance and the local supermarket with delicious Italian delicatessen is just a short car journey away. Highly recommend. The fact that two cars can park easily is also a bonus.

Fabulous stay in gorgeous location with stunning views over the Bay of Naples and Capri, with spectacular sunsets over the isle of Ischia. The garden is beautifully kept and the pool area with outdoor shower and good quality furniture was perfect. The house is split into a lower apartment with a double and twin bedroom and bathroom and the main house above, again with double and twin rooms, bathroom with over-the-bath shower, living and dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms and living room are spacious and bright. The kitchen and bathrooms are perhaps a little dated but were spotlessly clean. The brick BBQ and pizza oven were handily close to the kitchen. And there were plenty of outdoor seating/dining options on the various terraces. Although the house does have air-con we didn’t need to use it while we were there, the house is naturally cool and easy to ventilate, with shutters and awnings on the sunny sides. There is a lovely family run restaurant within walking distance, and lots of others a short drive away. There is also a surprisingly large Conad supermarket in the next little town. Nearest big town is Sorrento, is lovely and ideal for boat-trips to Capri. The only downside (and it’s not the house’s fault) was that we didn’t appreciate how long it would take to drive to anywhere else due to the winding roads, but it is the perfect place to just chill. Lovely welcome from Antonino, who even helped us with our bags. Thank you!

A true pleasure. We were delayed for several hours but the host waited till we reached.
He was so kind to order and bring dinner for us as the restaurants were closed upon arrival.
A beautiful breakfast basket was prepared and our vacation started well.
Views and pictures are true to reality. Location is private not too touristy.

i can't say enough about the views, the photos don't do it justice. Absolutely stunning sunsets! The villa is a very charming place to stay. What you would expect quaint older Italian villa. Beds were comfortable and lots of space to spread out for 8 people. If you choose to use the pizza oven, you will have a good support of olive tree wood. Not the best to start a fire with 😟. However, with our ingenuity and outdoor experience, we used a bit of olive oil on the wood, let it soak, and viola! A pizza oven fire! Travel to and from the airport is reasonably 1.5 hours. A car is a must, make sure to get a small one! Streets are a bit narrow, but as bad as Amalfi. Sorrento is 20 to 30 minutes away and lovely. The local family restaurant is unassuming, but some of the best we had in Italy. A five minute walk from the villa. Make sure to stop by. Ciao!

Super séjour en famille dans cette belle propriété. Cuisine très bien équipée. En plus four à pizza et grill extérieur. Aménagements extérieurs au top! Antonino qui nous a accueilli était très disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette propriété, aucune mauvaise surprise!

We had a wonderful time at the property. The location is great, Sorrento is about a 25 minute drive while Positano is probably 40 minutes. The property is extremely relaxing as the views and pool/patio area are world class. The inside is pretty typical of a smaller town. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Be aware that the driveway and parkway are very steep/narrow. We were happy with our stay.

Our family had an awesome stay! Loved the pool. Location a little remote but our driver was excellent. Be sure to ask for him when you visit if you require transportation. The location does offer a local feel, which was a great opportunity for us to get engaged with authentic Italy . Grazie and Prego!

Le propriétaire nous a réservé un excellent accueil, il est toujours très disponible, prêt à nous aider et a répondu à toutes nos demandes.
La localisation est très bonne pour visiter facilement la côte amalfitaine. La villa est magnifique ainsi que le jardin avec ses beaux citronniers! Les grandes terrasses avec une vue imprenable sont très agréables. L'équipement de la villa est parfait.
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille dans ce lieu enchanteur.

Safe returned from yet a wonderful stay at Campanelle, it`s such a nice spot there. We drove by car this time, should probably have flown to Napoli instead and rented a car, would have saved lots of time, now we know should there be a second time😊.

In regards to the property, it did meet our expectations in terms of facilities and location.
The House was very spacious and so it suit us. Access to the property by the owner was not a problem for us.
A special thanks to Salvatore who was very welcoming and gifted us with a bottle of Limoncello and fresh tomatoes from the garden.. and despite his broken English and my broken Italian we did manage to communicate well (am Portuguese, so we managed OK).
It was my first time in Sorrento and enjoyed exploring the area and we visited Massa Lubrense, Sorrento town, Praiano, Positano, Vesuvio and Pompei and Ravello. We also like walking so the tip of the Peninsula around Nerano was very interesting along the coast. We had lovely food and lucky to have Villa Caprile Restaurant within walking distance.
I have booked with VilleinItalia a couple of times and it was always good. Hope my feedback helps

The area is absolutely perfect. The situation of the villa is amazing, great views, far enough away from the towns so as not to be too busy yet close enough to be able to get things. There is a lovely restaurant within walking distance which was a bonus.

The villa has a lovely outside, great pool, lovely gardens and the outside cooking area is perfect.

The property is nice, well maintained and exactly as described on your website. Our communication with the owner, was perfect. All agreements and promises were delivered. Service of Ville in Italia was perfect, no flaws, everything was easy and smooth. Overall very good experience and both Ville in Italia and Villa Campanelle are highly recommended.

We had a lovely time staying at Campanelle. The villa, gardens and pool are beautiful and it is located in a lovely part of the country. The villa was well maintained and had all the facilities and equipment we required during our stay. The grounds and pool were cleaned every day and the owner was on hand if we had any queries. He was extremely helpful when we had a problem with our car, and even though there was a language barrier he did his best to help and we managed to understand each other.

Our stay at Campanelle was fantastic. The house was even nicer than it looked on the pictures and the owner was great - he went out of his way to help us.

I was happy with the service I received from Ville in Italy prior to leaving for my holiday, all people I dealt with were very helpful and the information was sent promptly and contained everything I needed.

We did have a fantastic holiday and the service received from both yourselves and the villa owners was very good.
