GROUND FLOOR:
There are 2 entrances on the ground floor, one for accessing the private garage where, using the lift/elevator, it is possible to access all the rooms in the villa.  The other entrance consists of a gate from which a few steps lead up to the interior of the villa.  This entrance is generally used by people who dislike lifts/elevators or simply prefer to take the stairs.

GARAGE:
The private garage can accommodate up to 4 automobiles with medium-sized engines and has a private lift/elevator to the first floor of the villa.
 
FIRST FLOOR:
Spacious living room,
large kitchen with direct access to the big terrace,
two living areas
downstairs bathroom,
4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and a room with twin beds which can be transformed into a double bed on request),
4 bathrooms with shower.
There are another two kitchens on the same floor which can also be used by guests staying in the villa.

MEZZANINE FLOOR:
This floor can be reached from the first floor via a few steps.
2 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and shower.

Large panoramic terrace with solarium and private swimming pool with mosaic facing, hydromassage and waterfall features.
The swimming pool has a saltwater system and cannot be heated.

SPA:
furnished with massage beds and a jacuzzi for max 2 people to be exclusively used for vinotherapy treatments which are available on request at an extra cost.
Second jacuzzi for max. 2 people at a time available on request at an extra cost.
Both jacuzzis are heated.

Continental breakfast served from 8.00 to 11:00 a.m.
Menu: coffee, cappuccino, tea, herbal tea, pressed orange juice, croissants, toasted bread, butter and jams, cereal, scrambled eggs and bacon, vegetable omelets, assorted fruit
Every day there will be a surprise with the chef preparing a different cake to be served to the guests.
Gluten free and vegan products can be provided on request.
