"This is an absolutely amazing property in a perfect location. The pictures don't do it justice. Walking distance to the water and all the awesome local restaurants. The property itself was really spacious and luxurious. The owners were great hosts, taking us on a tour of their home and winery. Our family loved it!" (April 2013)
"We had a lovely time at the Antica posta, the villa was good and the location was just what we wanted with the village so close. Thanks Debbie" (October 2012)
"We were a very subdued group when we had to leave Bolsena and Antica Posta. The entire trip was superlative in every way. I cannot imagine dealing with a more helpful and responsive agency. The owners of the villa are most gracious and invited us to vist their vineyard and lovely home for a wine tasting and a light supper. The town is enchanting, a throwback to another time. We had dinner out every evening, all 15 of us, and did not have a single meal that was not outstanding. The cost was quite reasonable, for instance a cappacuino on the piazza was 1 euro as opposed to 4 in Rome. We had fun going to the corner market every evening to fill our bottles with wine for 1.29 euros. I regret that I did not book it for a 3rd week. It is the perfect place for a family reunion. I would have to reach for a negative. The only thing I would do differently would be to re-think the car situation. We did not need all 3 cars once we arrived but must have them for the trip to and from Rome. It was a longer ride than I thought. I am very torn with wanting to go back next year but also want to spend a week in Abruzzi and then maybe 2 weeks in a villa in the Gaeta, Sperlonga region but have concerns that we might have to drive everywhere. Being able to walk into town is a plus. I hope I have given you and overview of our experience. Many, many thanks and I look forward to working with you again in the very near future. Best Regards, Lillian" (September 2011)
