You will find some lovely bars in Sorrento, which often have superb views and many restaurants that
offer local cuisine. The views along the Sorrento and Amalfi coast are particularly well-known for
their clarity and brilliance and for their distinct, bright, contrasting colours. The Amalfi Coast,
with Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and Maiori is a short distance away, as is Pompei, with its extraordinary
archaeological remains. Just outside Sorrento are small towns such as Massa Lubrense and S. Agata, both of
which offer wonderful coast line and views of the sea and of the Gulf of Naples.
