Weekly consumption of electricity above 300KW: € 0.18 per KW. On request, change of bed-linen: € 18 per person. Extra cleaning hours: € 22 per hour. Preparation of tuscan dinner on request (min. 6 people): up to 8 people € 40 per person excluding wine; over 8 people € 35 per person excluding wine. Final cleaning: € 320 for 12 people / € 400 for 18 people. Mini cooking courses (min. 2 people): up to 8 people € 100 per person, over 8 people € 80 per person (dinner with Chianti-wine at the end of the lesson is included).
