CHOOSE A PROPERTY
Booking with us is simple and easy. To find the perfect villa for your vacation you can browse our
website either by Region or by Category and if you have a specific time period in mind you can click
on "Search Available Houses" which is directly connected to our booking system, so you can select your
villa according to actual availability.
If you already have a property in mind you can simply go to the property and use the link "Check availability".
SEND US YOUR WISH LIST OR CONTACT US
Once you have found the property or properties you are interested in you can create a Wish List which
you can send to us together with any specific requests or additional comments. Your request will be
recorded and we will reply as soon as possible.
OPTION YOUR PROPERTY
Once you have decided which property you would like to book we will put an OPTION on the property and
send you the booking documents [via email and/or fax], which will include the rental conditions for the
specific property and the general booking conditions for Ville Esclusive in Italia.
CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Once you receive the booking documents a 30%
deposit is required to confirm the booking. You can make
payments either by Credit Card [VISA, MC, AMEX] directly online using our secure online credit card
system or by bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm your reservation. All balances are
due 40 days prior arrival.
LATE BOOKINGS
Bookings made less than 40 days
before the start of the rental period must be paid in full at the time of booking.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS ISSUED
The Rental Voucher with Definitive Rental Confirmation will be issued and sent by
Ville Esclusive in Italia
immediately upon receipt of the outstanding balance. The Rental Voucher includes: instructions on how to
reach the booked property, the property address and useful phone numbers to contact in case you need
assistance on the arrival day or during your stay. You must present this Rental Voucher in order to be
able to enter the property.
