This is an attractive stone-faced farmhouse about 7 kms from Todi, in a quiet and panoramic position, with a view of the beautiful umbrian countryside. Following a recent renovation, the building has taken on the aspect of a manor-house, both for its architectural characteristics and for the comfort-level and quality of the furnishings used. It is equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, stereo with CD-player, TV and heating. In the garden a 5x10 swimming-pool has been built for guests' private use. At the rear of the villa there is a large terrace with access from the living-room and dining-area, and you can take your meals outside looking at the splendid view of the valley. The town of Todi, not only has all the services you might require, but it also has an old town centre considered one of the most interesting in Umbria, well-known for its antique exhibitions. 2 kms from the villa is the small village of Collevalenza, with food shops and bars. Both in the centre of Todi and in the villages roundabout you will find numerous excellent restaurants providing traditional cuisine. La Casella, besides being an ideal place for relaxation, is also an ideal starting-point for trips throughout Umbria. Orvieto is 30 minutes away by car, Perugia is 45 kms away, Assisi 53, Spoleto 44, and Rome, which is 135 kms away, can be reached in an hour and a half by car.
