Villa i Cipressi is situated in the centre of the attractive town of Capannoli, 30 km from Pisa. In addition to being a luxury residence, the villa is also strategically placed for reaching the cultural sites of Tuscany, with Florence and Lucca about 70 kms away, Volterra 35 and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast just 40 km distant. 14 kms from the villa, the Terme di Casciana offer a wellness centre and spa treatments. Another attraction not to be overlooked is the excellent local food and wine.
