The villa lies in a splendid panoramic position in a residential area abut 1 km from Massa Lubrense and is one of those rare properties that comes with both a swimming-pool and a tennis court, both of which are for the exclusive use of those staying at the villa. The villa is on three floors connected indoors by a lift and by the stairs, has two large terraces that look over the sea with elegant outdoor furniture, and at the sides of the villa there are two garden areas that look towards the sea. On the left are large flower-beds with flowers and mediterranean plants, and on the right, next to the ground-floor terrace, a barbecue and wood-burning oven, the swimming-pool area, which also has outdoor furniture and finally the tennis-court with a cement surface. The furnishings inside are of excellent quality, functional and elegant, and the kitchen, which is well-equipped and well thought-out, has many accessories among which are: dish-washer, microwave oven and specific electrical appliances. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, telephone, satellite-TV, stereo with CD and washing-machine. The annex can only be entered from the outside. There is an obligatory daily cleaning-service to be paid on the premises. The beach at Marina della Lobra is about 2 kms away, while Sorrento and Positano are respectively 7 and 20 kms away. In the nearby villages you will find many restaurants offering very good local cuisine, and some of them can be found in the best international guides. On the premises the services of a cook are available, which should be requested when booking.
