For many years Villa Giulia was the summer residence of Luciano Pavarotti, the last of the great Italian opera singers to conquer the world. This is the place where the maestro studied the operas he was going to record and received many illustrious guests.
The family has decided to make it possible for anyone who wishes to experience the emotions that still fill this villa to spend a holiday here.
Villa Giulia is situated on a hill that slopes gently down to the beach and sea, set within a 12 hectare fenced park which also has a tennis court and a nature walk for relaxing strolls.
The property consists of two buildings, the villa and an annex located alongside the main house which has five bedrooms, a music room with the piano the maestro used to use, and a fully equipped gym. The arcade around the villa is provided with outdoor lounge furniture and tables for eating “al fresco”. The private swimming pool is located in the garden at the front. In the summer, the outdoor areas, all of which offer beautiful views of the sea, become the heart and soul of the residence, so that everyone can participate in the social life of the villa.
It is possible to walk to the beach from the entrance drive. This is a public beach with organized bathing establishments. The characteristic historical center of Pesaro is around 2 Km away.
The villa has air conditioning and central heating in every room, wireless internet connection, a laundry room with washing machines and a tumble dryer. Outside there is a bowling green, ping pong table and table football game. This property is suitable for families, particularly those with young children.

The caretaker couple live in their own independent apartment. They are responsible for organizing the housekeeping duties and are available to cook for you and provide any assistance you may need during your stay.
