There is a wonderful 6 x 12 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower and changing room with bathroom, terraces and loggias with amenities and a convenient outdoor kitchen with burners and oven, as well as a garden of aromatic plants. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The convenient location of the villa makes it possible to easily visit Arezzo, which is around 8 Km away, and the beautiful surrounding area, or to organize day trips to Siena or Florence, which are less than 1 hour away by car.
