Villa Belvedere is a large and attractive stone farmhouse, lying within the old Lilliano estate, in a panoramic position surrounded by the estate vineyards and olive groves and with a splendid view of the Chianti hills. The recent renovation has restored the house to all of its original splendour.
Large external spaces surround the house. In a secluded, panoramic position is a nice 12x8m irregular-shaped swimming-pool. The furnishings, which are sober and simple, are very well looked-after and comfortable.
Included in the price are 2 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday. A cot is available included in the price on request. Extra cleaning hours and a cook can be requested and paid on the premises. A dinner of typical tuscan dishes to try local products can be organized once a week to be paid on the premises, and the same for a guided tour in the estate wine-cellars, with wine-tasting. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor. Central heating. Barbecue. Internet connection in the reception (1 km away). Two car parking areas are available on the property. Access is along 300 metres of untarred road.
The property is in a very good position for visiting all of the Chianti Classico area and the art cities of Siena and Florence. The nearest town is Castellina in Chianti (5 kms) where you will find all kinds of shops, Siena and Radda in Chianti are 18 kms away, Florence 55 kms. Tennis and riding stables 5 kms, golf course 15 kms. Florence airport (Peretola) is 65 kms away.
