The villa is on two floors, and on the ground floor is the large living area with living-room and dining-area, entirely furnished with antiques, and which opens out to the exterior; the kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher and there is a small laundry with washing-machine and ironing-room. About 3 km away is the bathing center of Giardini Naxos with the railway station, and Catania is about 50 km away and can be easily reached along a motorway. Along the road that runs along the bay of Mazzarò you will find many restaurants and shops of all kinds, and going to the center of Taormina via cable-car is very convenient and means no time lost looking for a parking space. Within the grounds of the house are some private parking spaces.
