Stroncoli is a beautiful, completely renovated stone farmhouse, standing on its own in a panoramic position, with a view taking in typical tuscan hillside scenery and in the distance you can even see the city of Siena. The villa is part of a large farming estate of over 400 hectacres, producing extra-vergine olive oil and very good-quality wines that have received international recognition. In the nearby village of Palazzuolo they have recently opened a restaurant offering traditional local cuisine prepared with particular care using high-quality products. The countryside is wild, yet has gentle contrasts of lots of different colours. To reach the villa the access road is over a kilometre of untarred road lined with vineyards, olive groves and oak woods, and once you arrive there you will find absolute privacy as there are no other houses in the vicinity, and an indescribable view of the surrounding countryside.
