The private swimming-pool (5x12m) is at the rear of the house, close-by but conveniently protected by a hedge from another pool belonging to the house next door, so there is no lack of privacy and complete independence. The nearest village is San Pancrazio, where you will find food shops, whereas the closest town, San Casciano Val di Pesa, is about 10 km away. Florence is 25 km away, Siena 55. Nearby, besides many excellent restaurants, you will also find vineyards where you can try and buy excellent Chianti wines.
