The apartments lie in the S. Polo district, on the east side of the Grand Canal, just a few hundred metres from the S. Silvestro vaporetto stop and from the Rialto Bridge which joins the two banks of the Grand Canal. Also in the same district is the large piazza called "Campo S. Polo", with all around the beautiful facades of the surrounding palazzos, and also the attractive open-air markets overlooking the Grand Canal: La Pescaria, L'Erbaria and La Beccaria, all of them just a few minutes away on foot. The three apartments overlook an side-canal where gondolas will often park, and they are of course the very best way for tourists to take in the spectacular views of the city from the canals. The apartments have been recently elegantly renovated and furnished with very good quality antiques. Each apartment has a chair-bed and CD-player. We advise you to go to Venice by train or by plane. Marco Polo airport is connected both by land and by sea with Venice train station, and from there you can catch public sea transport to the various Venice districts.
