In Donnalucata there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, excellent fish restaurants and pizzerias. Also the famous beach, Playa Grande, and the natural park of the Erminio River are only 3 km away. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful panorama stretching out to overlook the sea, which you can reach in just a few minutes. The interiors of the villa have been pleasantly furnished with modern furnishings and is well equipped. All the bedrooms have fans. Outside there is a panoramic loggia equipped for outdoor dining.
